What you like best about teaching at Jubilee:  There are many things, but I LOVE the integrated approach to learning. Having God at the CENTER of all that we do is the best way for students to learn. They are constantly making connections, and can see how God has perfectly designed our world. I am thankful for the opportunity to plan lessons that provide a real-world, hands-on approach to learning. Teaching at Jubilee is not just a job. As a former/current Jubilee parent, I have experienced, first-hand, the wonderful education Jubilee has provided for my own children. I am blessed to be part of the wonderful family that is Jubilee.

What do you like to do when you are not in school:  I enjoy spending time with my family. I love to cook, garden, and take hikes in the woods.

What you like best about teaching at Jubilee: The monthly units are outstanding. They are really well put together and the teachers do a great job of making learning interactive. Education comes alive at Jubilee. The kids have the opportunity to make connections through the units because everything is integrated. Math, English, Reading, History and Science are taught in unison. The kids look forward to each new unit. I also really love the spiritual aspect of Jubilee. Christ is present at Jubilee! As I teach, I learn. The kids are wonderful Christian leaders and I learn just as much from my students as they learn from me!

What do you like to do when you are not in school: I love to play violin! I have been playing for 16 years. I play in my church’s worship team. It is an honor and a privilege to be part of the music team and help lead people in worship each Sunday morning.
